About The Well Church

The Well Church has gone through a number of transitions since it’s inception over 12 years ago. Like most church communities we have had many incredible times of joy and laughter but we also understand what it is to navigate through seasons of disappointment where we learned some difficult lessons with tears and heavy hearts. As we persevered through the various seasons we experienced both growth spurts and those very awkward moments that are indicative of immaturity. It’s fair to say that our journey has been one of discovery as we have sought our true God given identity and purpose as a local church!

Our story is definitely a powerful testimony to God’s faithfulness! Over the years we have been blessed to have had a wonderful team of leaders who worked tirelessly to help us get to where we are today! We acknowledge the contribution of our previous team leaders Mike Boschman, Nathan Williams and Grant Hopkins.

We give thanks for the grace of God at work in our community. Our God has truly done amazing things in our midst and we are grateful for the journey he has brought us on and we are genuinely excited about the future as we continue to help people find and follow Jesus and bring heaven to earth.

Today our current lead pastors, Richard & Margaret Graham are intentionally focused on the words of Paul: Philippians 3:14 … one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, [14] I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

To help us move forward our leadership team are committed to “Being a Christ centered community dedicated to Restoring Hope & Renewing Purpose to all people by intentionally demonstrating the relentless love of God in the power of the Holy Spirit.”

As we embark on the next part of our journey, we are excited to do it in relationship with some great friends that are committed to our success and who will pray for us in the day’s ahead. We are blessed to have a relational connection with Harvest CFC in Calgary and also with our many friends within Lifelinks International (the relational group of churches we belong to).

This is a new day for The Well Church and we do expect the Lord to do greater things in 2020 and beyond. We hope you will join us!
